Thank you for choosing Soccer Xpress! Before requesting your quote, please take a moment to review our turnaround times and terms & conditions below.
Sublimation
Turnaround time is 15 working days.
- Day 1–Day 5: A mockup of your jersey design is created and emailed for approval. Any required adjustments will be made and resent for final approval.
- Day 6–Day 10: A test print is done on material and sent via email for your approval to ensure color accuracy.
- Day 10–Day 15: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Screen Printing
Turnaround time is 7-10 working days.
- Day 1–Day 3: Artwork is prepared for the screen-burning process.
- Day 4–Day 5: Screens are burned for printing. Any artwork changes or cancellations during this stage will incur a charge for screen burning.
- Day 6: A test print is done, and a picture is sent for approval.
- Day 7–Day 10: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made after this.
Embroidery
Turnaround time is 7-10 working days.
- Day 1–Day 3: Artwork is digitized for stitching.
- Day 4–Day 5: A stitch-out is completed, and a picture is sent for your approval.
- Day 6–Day 10: Production begins. No changes, modifications, or additions can be made at this stage.
Order Completion
Once your order is complete, you will receive an email notification. Please note that final payment (via bank transfer or cash/card in-office) is required before your order can be released.
Terms & Conditions
- Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required to initiate production.
- Final Payment: Final payment is due upon order completion.
- Refund Policy: Orders are non-refundable once production begins.
- Pickup Times: Pickup times may vary based on the size and complexity of the order.
- Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring design files are print-ready.
- Delivery Method: Pickup only (no delivery option available).
